Welcome & Taste – 15 minutes


Start your journey with a sip of pulque or tequila, Mexico’s ancestral drinks, while your hosts share the cultural roots of the dishes you’ll prepare.

Cook with Tradition – 1 hour 30 minutes


Roll up your sleeves for an immersive cooking session


Learn how to prepare:

  • Mole de pollo – a rich, layered sauce of chiles, spices, and chocolate.

  • Tamales oaxaqueños – steamed corn masa wrapped in banana leaves.

Sweet Finish – 30 minutes


Prepare and taste dulce de calabaza, a traditional dessert made with pumpkin, piloncillo, and cinnamon the perfect way to end your culinary journey.
