Hands-on cooking time! Learn step-by-step how to prepare one of our two coastal menus using fresh, local ingredients and traditional techniques.

🌊 Coastal Fiesta (Pacific Flavors)

Starter: Guacamole & pico de gallo with handmade totopos.
Main: Piña rellena de mariscos — pineapple stuffed with local seafood, baked golden.
Closer: Aguachile de camarón — fresh shrimp in lime with cucumber & chili.

🏝️Gulf of Mexico Cuisine

Starter: Empanadas de cazón — light flaky turnovers stuffed with seasoned fish.
Main: Pescado a la veracruzana — white fish simmered with tomatoes, olives, and capers.
Closer: Tamal jarocho — a savory-sweet corn tamal wrapped in banana leaf.
